In summer 2025, I purchased a run-down c. 1968 midcentury triplex in Silver Lake, Los Angeles.

Over the following six months, I project managed and designed the restoration of Units 1 + 2 and the exterior spaces — bringing the building back to life through tile, landscape, color, signage, interiors, and a more intentional visual identity.
